Shibuya International Rugby Club (SIRC) has appointed Yusuke Kobayashi as Head of Rugby. Head of Rugby’s main responsibility is to produce well balanced environment for both coaches and players, such as recruiting, arranging coaches to each age group, arranging games with Japanese local teams.
Yusuke Kobayashi started playing rugby at twelve, as a lock forward. He was the finalist of East Japan U15 Championship, and the quatre-finalist at Japan High School championship (U18). He then played for Chuo University and Mitsubishi Corporation. He was a coach at Ashiya Rugby School for 4 years.
