Shibuya International Rugby Club will host a festival to promote Girls Rugby with the British School in Tokyo on 8 May 2022.
The venue is BST’s Nagasawa Sports Ground and the festival is part of a wider programme to promote girls rugby we are advancing with our new girls team “Shibuya Reds”.
The event details, including how to participate, are on BST Girls Rugby Festival page. On our Facebook page, we have started our countdown to the event by introducing various elements of the festival.
We would be grateful for your support in achieving the maximum number of participants and ask you to extend the invitation to your friends and their families. Any girls aged between 6 and 18 are able to attend regardless of their rugby experience and we will be playing ‘tag rugby’ rather than full contact for beginners. We will also provide opportunities to play rugby among the experienced girls.
