SIRC 2nd Anniversary & Richmond Rugby Welcome Party

The Shibuya International Rugby Club will be hosting its 2nd anniversary dinner and also welcoming guests from the Richmond Rugby, our partner club in the UK. We are expecting some special guests including the president of the England RFU, Chris Kelly, and former England player, Nick Preston. An auction and raffle draw is being organized.
TV viewing of the South Africa/Italy game will also be available for those that are interested.
Invitations are open to members of SIRC and their guests. There will be a number of children joining from Richmond so please do bring your kids. Details as follows.

Participation Fee

Including dinner, free flow drinks and 1raffle ticket
¥10,000 for Non member adult
¥8000 for SIRC/Richmond member adult until 29 Sept
¥5,000 for Child  4-16yrs

  • Please note that all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Payments

  • Please purchase tickets from the above application form by PayPal or credit card by 29 September.
  • Please note that SIRC and Richmond members may purchase a discounted event ticket until 29 September for 8000 yen. From 30 September the price will rise to 10,000 yen for all adult tickets.
  • Please note all payments are final.

Admissions

  • You will receive an Order Number via email when your payment is completed.
  • Please print out or show this email on your smartphone at the party reception for admission and to collect your raffle ticket.
  • As admission will be confirmed per Order Number, we would appreciate if everyone on the same order can arrive together.
