Shibuya International Rugby Club will host an inaugural mini-tournament for high school students on Sunday 28 January at the BST Nagasawa Sports Ground with four participating teams. The tournament is now called SIRC CUP.
Shibuya Colts, one of the few club teams in Japan for U18 students, are not yet allowed to participate in official matches, so we have decided to organise our own tournament under the initiative by Will Hill, Head Coach of Colts and President of SIRC.
Participating teams include Shibuya Colts, Shakujii High School, Tokyo Gakkan Urayasu High School and the joint team of Itabashi Yutoku and Dokkyo High Schools.
After a round-robin matches between four teams, the 3rd Place and the Final will be held. The Noto Peninsula relief fundraising campaign will continue at the venue. We would like to thank you in advance for your support.
