Location & What to bring


Aoyama High School

Nearest station: Gaienmae Station
Address: 2-1-8 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo
* NOT Aoyama-Gakuin!!


There is no parking on Showa campus so please use the coin parking outside campus when traveling by car.

What to bring

For all kids,

  • Shoes
    Running shoes, training shoes or resin bottom spikes
    (aluminum point spikes are NOT permitted)
  • Towel
  • Drinking water
  • Team uniform
    (those who do not have the SIRC team uniform, please wear suitable sportswear)

For Shoguns, in addition to the above,

  • Headcap
  • Mouthpiece

NOTICE: Samurais & Shoguns cannot join some of the practices without Headcap and mouthpiece.


Friendly Against Minato Rugby School

This is the same information we sent out earlier this week via SIRC email.

Samurai will play Minato Rugby School this Sunday 20th January at Aoyama Primary School. Please make sure you read the information below thoroughly.

We are looking forward to seeing you all and hope our Samurai soldiers will have a great game!! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact via email.


Sunday 20th January


  • 09:00 – Registration
  • 09:30 – Training starts
  • 10:10 – Match starts
  • 11:00 – Finish


Aoyama Primary School
5 minutes walk from Gaienmae Station

* NOT Aoyama-Gakuin nor Aoyama High School!!


Uniform and Equipment

  • Players should wear SIRC team uniform, shorts, and socks
  • Players have to wear a head cap, mouthpiece, and boots (no metal spikes allowed)


There is no parking at the site


Your bike should be left on the service road inside the east gate. Do not park your bicycle in other locations including the street outside.


Rugby Boots

JRFU (Japan Rugby Football Union) Regulation for Mini-Rugby requires both players and coaches to wear the rugby boots with non-metal fixed studs or blades when they wear the boots. Metal replaceable studs is not allowed to wear for Mini Rugby for the safety reason.
